Coffee House Events:

All events at the Full Life Coffee House are open to the general public. We especially encourage groups and individuals in the developmental disabilities community to come down and join us for these great social opportunities.

Book Club:

( Mondays )

Books will be read and discussed. It's an open forum and a lot of fun. Bring your favorite book and read aloud at the open mic!
Hours: 9-11am

Live Music:

( 1st, 2nd and 4th Wednesdays )

Request a song and sing along. Whether it's accompanied by music or a capella, the next star is born at Full Life on Wednesdays.
Hours: 9:30-11am

Game Day :

( Fridays )

Get your Monopoly, Sorry, Dungeons & Dragons, or poker face on! There are plenty options to choose from with our crew of avid gamers.
Hours: 9-11am

Safety Zone:

( 3rd, Wednesday of each month )

These classes are led by officers from the Portland Police force and are specifically designed to educate persons with Developmental Disabilities. Topics include accessing emergency services, maintaining personal safety and well-being, and assisting others in need.
Hours: 10am and 2pm, in place of live music

Dances:

( 3rd Friday of each month )

Held at Full Life's main space on the corner of NE Sandy & 33rd, dances are open to members of the developmental disabilities community, family, friends and care providers. Cost is $5 at the door and event hours are from 6-8pm. We do not provide supervisory staff so please plan accordingly. Please also ensure that all LIFT rides are scheduled for no earlier than 6pm for drop-offs and no later than 8pm for pick-ups. Snacks and sodas are available for purchase. Please note that we do not host dances in June, July or August.
