Full Life's Recreation Program

  • Day and evening programs for disabled adults
  • Evening Custodial Work Crew: 4P-9P
  • Generally funded by brokerage, county or private pay
  • Work component available for participants that attend 5 days per week

Full Life's Job Development Services:

Generally funded by Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Security, Brokerages, or Private Pay.

Full Life is provides job Development Services to OVRS as "Portland Supported Employment" (please look for this name when submitting AFP's).


  • Paid assessments at minimum wage
  • Fully supervised
  • Established sites
  • Test available for non-verbal candidates
  • Rate: $1200

Job Development:

  • Provided by a team of motivated professional Job Developers
  • 10+ years of experience
  • EOP II or "Allen Anderson" trained
  • Job Preparation services (including resume writing and interview preparation) at $30 per hour
  • Rate: $60 per hour


  • Trained and experienced coaches
  • Coaching available for all clients placed by Full Life
  • Rate: $40 per hour

Ticket To Work:

  • Approved Employment Network contracted with the Social Security Administration
  • Ability to partner with VR for post placement services
  • Will accept TTW clients as Phase I (Job search phase)or Phase II (Job coaching and Employment supports)

Work Teams/Supported Employment

  • Available in our ATE program for clients that attend 5 days per week
  • Work includes in house and community based work crews
  • Coffee Shop opportunities

Full Life is currently contracted with OVRS, Social Security (For TTW), Multnomah Co (ATE), Clackamas Co(ATE), and Washington Co (ATE)
